A note from President Kristen Olds: Conference Performance Info

Dear Colleagues, The ACE Board is beginning to collect submissions for the AMEA Conference Performance Session. On behalf of the ACE board, I invite you to submit your choir to perform at our 2024 Conference. I'm pleased to announce that we will be adding a 3rd performance session this year on Saturday Afternoon in partnership with AzSGM to specifically feature elementary choirs. Between the 3 performance sessions we hope to offer a wide variety and broad spectrum of inspiring ensembles from across the state. To submit, you need the following: *Be the choral director at your school for three years *3 contrasting pieces submitted as an MP3 *3 programs from previous performances *Program Bio/Info *Conference Submission Application Please submit this information and files to this dropbox link: https://www.dropbox.com/request/QJNniiFQihPmNzWVnUeX Deadline - Friday, November 10th Timeline: November 10th, Submission Deadlines November 18th, Board Meeting - Selection of Conference Performances On November 20th, the Choirs will be notified of the decision

* Please note that the 2024-25 Conference Submission Deadline may be moved up to an earlier date - likely towards the end of October.
